I lost my progress, what do I do?

Word Tiles saves your level progress locally on your device. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, your level progress may not carry over automatically.

Purchases are different from progress: your Coins purchases and No Ads purchase are tied to your Apple ID, so tapping "Restore Purchases" in Settings will bring those back even after a reinstall — but it won't restore your level progress.
